
Introduction
Granular refining flux is gray white size (0.85-3.15mm), it is composed of chlorine salt ,fluorine salt, other salts and compounds, it is prepared by remelting treatment and screening treatment.

Notes
- Spray the flux during the refining time.
- Avoid moisture.
- Move evenly when spraying, do not touch the furnace wall to prevent blockage.
Usage
Load a certain amount of flux into a powder spraying machine, and spray it into the molten aluminium by nitrogen at a pressure of 1.2-1.8kg/cm² and move horizontally; spraying iron pipe is appropriate to be at 3/4 of the depth of the molten aluminium, and spray all the flux within the refining time (10-15 minutes for 6-20 tons).
